Red Bull goes Green

It started with a simple request…“I am interested in a Green Wall for an event. Can you do it?” As we engaged in the initial consultation to learn more about the project, the client seemed to have a very clear vision with some reservations about executing it. The client was somewhat skeptical about the possibility of effectively communicating the desired message and building a green wall at the same time.

This Green Wall project concept consisted of creating a backdrop, also called a “step and repeat area,” that would look and feel ORGANIC, GREEN, REAL, and would incorporate their product logo in a seamless and natural way. The backdrop was needed for a product launch event for Organics by Red Bull. The purpose of the event was to promote a new and highly anticipated organic product line from Red Bull with a strong emphasis on ORGANIC.

Our design process was simple. We provided the client with an initial sketch of how the logo would appear constructed on preserved moss with the additional suggestion that the logo sit atop a 7’x 6’ free standing moss wall that could be use as their step and repeat backdrop for photos.

It may not happen in every case on the first try, but in this case it did. The client loved the overall concept and felt that it literally brought their vision to life!

We worked with the client’s budget to identify cost savings and arranged for the moss backdrop wall to be leased for the event, and the client only purchased the Organics by Red Bull logo.

As always, TrueVert -Vertical Garden Solutions, welcomes and enjoys the unique creative challenges that come with every new project.
