  • Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send the defective or damaged item back to us, free of charge.
  • Condition: It doesn’t matter if the product is opened or unopened. As long as the defect or damage is due to manufacturing or shipping, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the defect or damage, we will process your full refund to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

Damaged Products from Shipping

If you receive a product that is damaged due to shipping errors, shipping defects need to be inspected as soon as the product arrives. Here’s how it works:

  • Notification: Please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) of receiving your order. Include a description and photo evidence of the damage. You have the right to refuse the shipment if the shipping company is still present and if there is a visible shipping defect such as a damaged box.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking costs.
