Moss Wall Event Rental at Natural Products Expo West 2025
A prominent marketing agency reached out with an exciting opportunity: to create a branded plant-based installation for their client, Organic Valley, at Natural Products Expo West 2025. Their vision? A standout biophilic backdrop near Organic Valley’s iconic red tractor that would draw tradeshow attendees in for product tastings, photo ops, and meaningful brand engagement.
The challenge was to design something eye-catching, temporary yet refined, that embodied the brand’s identity—rooted in nature, sustainability, and pastoral charm—while standing out on a bustling trade floor. We designed a custom moss wall rental that delivered on both aesthetic and brand storytelling. The layout was carefully crafted to evoke rolling hills and lush pastures—a nod to Organic Valley’s roots in organic farming and regenerative agriculture. Finer detailing at the top of the wall hinted at clouds and distant treetops, helping to situate the entire composition within a stylized landscape. To elevate the biophilic impact, we incorporated sections of live plantings directly into the wall, creating dimension, movement, and a sense of vitality that felt alive and inviting. The piece served not only as a photo backdrop, but as an immersive brand moment that reinforced Organic Valley’s core values.
The Outcome
The final installation was a vibrant, living showcase of Organic Valley’s mission and identity. The moss wall spanned the booth space with natural tones and organic shapes that contrasted beautifully with the clean lines of the trade show structure. Integrated live greenery brought motion and freshness to the space, while the custom moss landscape captivated visitors and encouraged interaction. Attendees naturally gravitated toward the display for photos and conversation, transforming the booth into a social hub that extended Organic Valley’s presence beyond the booth itself.
