Client need
Trademark Event Productions needed a plant-forward installation for a client that felt custom, premium, and highly “experience-driven,” while meeting real-world event constraints around budget, install time, and venue limitations.
They wanted greenery placed where people actually gather, plus a memorable entry feature for maximum attendee impact.
Our solution
We created a modular living wall concept: ten framed plant walls (each 2’ W x 4’ H), installed across two separate feature walls (five per wall).
We staggered the layout into a clean, architectural composition—two panels at one height and three at another—creating more visual rhythm and a more intentional “gallery wall” feel than a single straight line.
For the entry experience, attendees walked beneath a mirrored arch with a lightbox overhead. Using the existing 3” x 3” grid below the lightbox, we transformed the ceiling zone into a lush canopy by weaving in layers of synthetic foliage and Spanish moss—creating a vivid, immersive threshold moment as guests entered the main hall.
The Outcome
Two conversation-ready greenery lounges where attendees could relax, connect, and enjoy a fresh biophilic atmosphere, plus an unforgettable arrival sequence that made the entry feel colorful, elevated, and distinctly “event-designed.” The modular approach also gave the client flexibility, fast installation, and strong visual payoff, ideal for high-impact brand environments.
